Connecting the Dots

As you might have discovered, I love history. I’m fascinated by the way things evolve and affect and grow.

Many of us never think about how we eat the way we do, why certain foods are used in specific locations and how all of it is tied together.

A couple of years ago, Claire Thomas (The Kitchy Kitchen) put together a podcast series called A Time and A Plate, which delved into how food evolved due to access.
